This Privacy Policy aims to describe the characteristics of the treatments performed by the Owner, Edoardo Meazza, (CF MZZDRD53C13F205C – P.Iva 06943590965, Piazza Grandi 19, 20129 Milano) with the personal data of the aspirants participating in the events “Business Speed Date “, who consult the site and fill in the form of participation or website navigators.

This document was drafted in compliance with the European Regulation no. 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

Users / visitors are encouraged to read this Privacy Policy carefully before submitting their data by forwarding any kind of personal information and / or filling in any electronic form on the site.

1) Type of data processed and purpose of treatment

Computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this site acquire, in normal operation, some personal data which are then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The legal basis of the treatment is therefore in the execution of the contract (concerning the participation in the Business Speed Date), and in compliance with regulatory obligations.

The data voluntarily provided by the user / visitor may be used to send them commercial communications and promotional information and offers related to similar services processed by owner.

In this case the legal basis is a legitimate interest of the owner. The user who no longer wishes to receive communications will be able to communicate it in the ways provided for in paragraph 4 below.

No personal data provided by users / visitors will be provided to third parties, unless this is necessary to comply with the requests of users / visitors. In this case specific information will be provided on the recipients of the communication and on the adequacy in terms of the regulations on the processing of personal data of the receiving country.

4) Rights of the interested parties
