This document was drafted in compliance with the European Regulation no. 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
1) Type of data processed and purpose of treatment
- (A) Navigation data
Computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this site acquire, in normal operation, some personal data which are then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These are information that by their nature could, by means of associations and elaborations with data held by third parties, allow to identify users / visitors (eg IP address, etc.).
This data is used only for statistical information (so are anonymous) and for checking the correct functioning of the site. They are stored for a period not exceeding three months. No data from the web service will be communicated or disseminated.
- B) Data voluntarily provided by users / visitors
If users / visitors, by connecting to this site, send their personal data to access certain services, or to make e-mail requests, this implies the acquisition by the owner of the sender’s address and / or other data Which will be processed to respond to the request.
The legal basis of the treatment is therefore carrying out a service by the Owner in favor of those who provide the data of the concerned, as specified in Regulation BSD.
In particular, the compilation of the application form to participate in Business Speed Date allows the owner to use the data contained therein for the following purposes:

- Invoicing and accounting keeping;
- Protection of the rights of the owner;
The legal basis of the treatment is therefore in the execution of the contract (concerning the participation in the Business Speed Date), and in compliance with regulatory obligations.
The data voluntarily provided by the user / visitor may be used to send them commercial communications and promotional information and offers related to similar services processed by owner.
In this case the legal basis is a legitimate interest of the owner. The user who no longer wishes to receive communications will be able to communicate it in the ways provided for in paragraph 4 below.
A user who no longer wishes to receive communications can notify him as provided in step 4 below.
No personal data provided by users / visitors will be provided to third parties, unless this is necessary to comply with the requests of users / visitors. In this case specific information will be provided on the recipients of the communication and on the adequacy in terms of the regulations on the processing of personal data of the receiving country.
- C) Cookies
The site has technical cookies, better specified in the Cookies policy.
2) Treatment Mode
The treatment is done through automated tools (eg by using procedures and electronic media) and / or manually (eg on paper) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected and, In accordance with the relevant regulations in force.
There are no automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
The treatments are carried out directly by the owner, it has taken appropriate security measures to ensure confidentiality and data protection of the persons concerned.
3) Optional data transfer
Apart from what is specified for the navigation data, users / visitors are free to provide their personal data. Failure to do so can only result in the inability to obtain what is required.
4) Rights of the interested parties
Subjects to whom personal data are referenced have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of whether or not the same data exist and to know the content and source, to verify its accuracy or to request its integration or updating, Or rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03). The right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for in art. 18 of EU Regulation 679/2016 or the deletion of data. The right to data portability is also provided, as well as the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
Such rights may be exercised without charge by means of communication to the Registrar, indicating in the subject that it is a request pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, at the addresses of the Site Contacts section
Finally, the right of the interested party is recognized to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities in cases where he considers that the processing of his personal data by the Controller violated EU Regulation 679/2016 (“GDPR”).
